I imagine that in the next expansion thing will be a little more detailed.
I would like a little more detail on how the char seared the entirity of ascalon. Notice the crystals? I won't to know how and what caused them to form.

One thing that bothered me to no end (yes I like to nitpick) was on at least two occasions, White Mantle character praise the old gods. Quick example off the top of my head... after Gates of Kryta, when the Mantle find the Scepter of Orr, one of the soldiers says "Thank Dwayna we found it first". Hello... McFly... Hello. These guys worship the Unseen, they don't believe in the Old Gods. So why in the hell would they thank Dwayna for finding the Scepter? Such oversights annoy me because they would be so EASY to correct. :P

i assume the idea is let the player(you) go though the game and as the game progresses(with the use of expantions) you will learn more and more about the world and history of tyria
anouther thing read the book that comes in the game box you will c it is VERY detailled
and any game or book that is like that is bound 2 have its flaws
last thing the game's worst feature is that u change groups all the time, first you hlp ascalon's kill char next you hlp the white mantle, then you hlp the shining blade kill the white mantle then u fight/run though the dessert for years(read cut sceane at dragons lair) then u some how go on the offensive and kill the wight mantal compleatly and finally kill the shining blade's ally who tricked you into killing the mursat. Now correct me if im wrong but all i got outta this is we kill every 1 except the shining blade themselves and the ascalons who are still warring with the char so who is left every 1 is dead the sequal will lickly kill you on the first mission take you 2 the mists and you learn its a new area with its own problems u save hatr place killing almost every 1 there in the processe end up back on tyria see the population restored but the world is VERY different and possably beleving you as bad guys where you try 2 save the world that is trying 2 kill you from ANOUTHER danger to get your good rep. back and so on and so forth u get the idea
as i said... any long plot is bound 2 have problems dont spam me if u disagree

I find it funny that the lvl 14 monk that wont heal anyone and spends most of his time drawing a penis on my mini map has true site to lead the Eye of Janthir.
Also IIRC, ascension is the reason you see the Mursaat.
All in all a good game but of course just another weak story. They should get the writters from Max Payne to come up with something, or at least get some high school kid a shot at writting a story.
BTW, the most annoying voice has got the be the ghostly hero in anscesion missions. Its PAINFUL!

The remains are probably that of Drakes. There's a drake in Pre-Sear on the beach north of the entrance to Regent Valley and south of Ascalon City. What I would like to know is why you can't enter the Catacombs post sear? That would be awesome.
Vizier is a title, it's what the second in command to the Egyptian Pharao was called.
Talesin, a ponce is like a spoilt rich a$$hole.
Souleater, all I have to say to you is that grammar and spelling don't hurt.
I think the Eye of Janthir does see you are Chosen, and that's why it follows you. Also, in Divinity Coast it told you that all the Justicars had escorted the Eye at some point or other. So therefore all the mantle high-ups must be Chosen, which is why they worship the Mursaat. Evennia and Saidra are probably ex-Justicars who left the Mantle after seeing Bloodstone Fen.
Something I have to complain about is that in pre-sear Captain Osric is L20, but in post he is only L8...

I must of skipped some missions somehow because I don't remember some of this, if only I had a screenshot of the entire map completed....

I don't understand why no one figured out why the mursaat are "unseen". I mean, most people posting here seem to have quite a bit of common sense/logic skills.
Follow the mursaat on ice caves of sorrow (rather than run ahead) and then make a guess as to why they are "unseen". It has NOTHING to do with chosen/mantle/etc.
Cmon people do i REALLY have to spell it out?
Unseen... not literally, but simply because any non-mantle who see them.... die.. quite quickly. Watch the mursaat kick the crap out of the summit (at least until their slow asses let themselves get bombarded to death)
un-infused vs mursaat = DEATH, plain and simple
(BTW why didnt the seer+race kill eidolans and infuse their own armor?)
And yes, I figured out Vizier was the lich the second i saw him as well, having both the lich and him controlling undead was kinda a giveaway.
Lastly, what does annoy me... why do i have to fight all these level 18 undeads in riverside/sanctum who are a pain to kill, but vizier gives me apparently the special ed students of the undead. And why would spectral agony work on a ghost??

The part I hate most is on the boat:
"That's right... you are all chosen!!!"
So stupid... corny...
